Are you considering a career in healthcare science? If you would like to find out more information about how to do this and what this would entail, please book a place on our Lillingstone Lecture, which will be delivered by Kip Heath, clinical scientins, science communicator and Old Latin.
Kip Heath left school to join the NHS on a four-year training programme that is now the Level 6 Healthcare Science Practitioner degree apprenticeship. Specialising in microbiology, she is registered with the HCPC as both a biomedical scientist and a clinical scientist. She has worked across the UK with a deployment to Sierra Leone during the West African Ebola outbreak.
She has held local, regional, and national leadership roles and has a passion for apprenticeships. Outside of her role in healthcare, Kip is a professional science communicator and occasional stand up comedian.
Entry to these lectures is free to all members of the local community. For further details, or to book a seat, visit the Lillingstone Lectures web page on the Royal Latin website or email Lucy Beckett at lbeckett@royallatin.org
