EVENT DETAILS

A special gathering to celebrate this incredibly special year - the Royal Latin School Gold Gala Ball - incorporating the inaugural Royal Latin “Extraordinary People” Awards.

The Gold Gala Ball will be one of pinnacle events of our 2023 Calendar to celebrate our 600th Anniversary.

Welcome reception from 6.30pm

Guests will be welcomed to an evening of glitz and golden glamour in a starlit marquee in the grounds of the Royal Latin School where they will be treated to a special drinks reception, an exquisite 3-course gala meal, brilliant dinner entertainment, special 600th Anniversary speeches, toasts, and surprises, and a fantastic floor-filling live band and disco.

During the evening we will also present the winners of the inaugral Royal Latin "Extraordinary People" Awards with their trophies and prizes.

It will be an unique and special night to remember and we hope that members from across our whole School community will be able to join us.

All dietary needs will be catered for. We will contact you nearer the time to capture your requirements. Good quality wines packages will be available for you to pre-order from £15 per bottle and there will also be well-stocked paid bars at the event. It's important to note that this is not a fundraising event and ticket prices have been set to purely cover costs, so guests won't be expected to buy raffle tickets etc. on the night. Securing corporate sponsors for the event and for the Extraordinary People Awards will be a big help in keeping costs down, so if you'd like to help us find sponsors, please take a look at the details on our school website and share them with your network.
